Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Many customers are out at work while we clean. You can let us in yourself, leave a key or code by arrangement, or be home the whole time, whatever you're most comfortable with.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Professional products and equipment are included in every clean, so there's nothing for you to buy or set out. Prefer we use your own products for delicate surfaces or allergies? Just say.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes to both. Spik & Span Cleaning holds public liability insurance, so any accidental damage in your home is covered, and Nicole is DBS checked for your peace of mind.
Who will actually be cleaning my home?
Nicole, in person, every visit. No agencies, no rotating strangers, just one consistent cleaner who knows your home and treats it like her own.
How do you work out the price?

Can you fit me in today?
Quite possibly! Message before midday and we'll fit you in the same day whenever the diary allows. It's ideal for last-minute guests or moving-day surprises.
Which areas do you cover?
We're proudly local to Newmarket and cover Exning, Burwell, Fordham, Kentford, Red Lodge, Soham, Mildenhall, Ely, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and all the surrounding villages. Not on the list? Just ask.
What if I need to cancel or move a visit?

How do I pay?
Whatever is easiest for you. You can
pay online through the website, and we'll confirm all the payment options when you book.
Do you do ironing and laundry too?
Yes, you can add ironing or laundry to any visit. Baskets emptied, shirts pressed, and everything folded and put away where it belongs.
