Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Many customers are out at work while we clean. You can let us in yourself, leave a key or code by arrangement, or be home the whole time, whatever you're most comfortable with.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Professional products and equipment are included in every clean, so there's nothing for you to buy or set out. That said, everyone is welcome to provide their own if they have a favourite product or a cleaning routine they'd like to keep going. Just mention it when you book and we'll work with whatever you prefer.
Are you insured and DBS checked?
Yes to both. Spik & Span Cleaning holds public liability insurance, so any accidental damage in your home is covered, and Nicole is DBS checked for your peace of mind.
Who will actually be cleaning my home?
Nicole or a member of her trusted team, in person, every visit. You will always have a consistent cleaner who knows your home and treats it like their own.
How do you work out the price?

Can you fit me in today?
Quite possibly! Message before midday and we'll fit you in the same day whenever the diary allows. It's ideal for last-minute guests or moving-day surprises.

We're proudly local to Mildenhall and cover Exning, Burwell, Fordham, Kentford, Red Lodge, Soham, Mildenhall, Brandon, Beck Row, West Row, Barton Mills, Worlington and all the surrounding villages. Not on the list? Just ask.
What if I need to cancel or move a visit?
Life happens, just let us know as soon as you can and we'll rearrange your visit for a time that suits you.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer or cash, whichever is easiest for you. We will confirm the details when you book.
